On May 27th, 2024 – Visitors from Tongxiang Small Boss Special Plastic Products Co. Ltd., led by Mr. Jianqing Shen, Chairman of the company, visited AIT Belt and Road Research Center (BRRC). Attendees from BRRC were Dr. Wenchao Xue, Director, AITBRRC/Head of EEM, SET, Ms. Sai Tang, Program Officer, BRRC, Ms. Mutita Wattanasuk, Research Associate of BRRC.
Tongxiang Little Boss Specialty Plastic Products Co., Ltd. is a 32-year-old company that has been focusing on modified polymers production and water treatment solutions since its establishment in 1992. It has always been adhering to the principle of environmental protection science and technology innovation, with the commitment of becoming a one-stop high-performance modified polymers and water treatment solutions leader in China and around the world. It has been serving global customers with a full range of high-performance environmental protection products and services, including PVC granules, MBBR filler, plastic sheet piling, PVC profiles, as well as bursting discs, aeration tubes and other products and services.
A preliminary discussion on possible collaborations on green technology and wastewater controlling and treatment technology between the two parties was carried out in the meeting. Both parties are willing to collaborate from a research perspective and industrial technology promotion perspective in the future. A visiting and communication trip to Borthong Industrial Estate was coordinated by BRRC to discussion possible collaboration between the three parties, for example, the joint organization of seminars on industrial topics.
